HydroTonics™ Commercial Purchase Terms & Conditions 

By checking the box at check-out and completing this purchase, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  1. Product Description

HydroTonics™ Water (HTW) is a processed water product.

  • HTW contains no added nutrients, chemicals, or active ingredients.
  • HTW is intended for use as a component of irrigation water in plant cultivation systems.
  1. No Performance Guarantee

Buyer understands and agrees that:

  • Plant growth outcomes may vary based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, environmental conditions, cultivation practices, genetics, and system design.
  • HydroTonics™ makes no guarantees or warranties regarding plant performance, yield, growth rate, or quality.
  1. Assumption of Risk

Buyer assumes full responsibility for:

  • The use, application, and handling of HTW
  • Any results obtained from its use
  • All decisions related to cultivation practices

HydroTonics™ shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect outcomes related to product use.

  1. Agricultural and End-Use Responsibility

Buyer acknowledges that:

  • HydroTonics™ does not participate in or control the cultivation, processing, or distribution of any crops grown using HTW
  • HydroTonics™ is not responsible for the safety, quality, legality, or consumption of any products grown using HTW

Buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to cultivation and product distribution.

 

  1. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

HydroTonics™, its affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

    • Loss of crops
    • Loss of revenue or profits
    • Operational losses
    • Indirect or consequential damages
  1. No Returns / Final Sale

All sales are final.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once the product has been shipped or delivered.
  • Buyer acknowledges that HTW is a consumable product and agrees to these terms at the time of purchase.
  1. Proper Use

Buyer agrees to:

  • Use HTW only as intended
  • Follow recommended application guidelines where provided
  • Maintain appropriate separation in controlled testing environments where applicable
  1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing this purchase, Buyer confirms that:

  • They have read and understand these Terms & Conditions
  • They have had the opportunity to ask questions or seek clarification
  • They voluntarily accept all terms outlined above
